A door stays open until someone claims it, and doors do not expire. Solve any one of them and you hold the September pack forty-eight hours before the field.
One claim per solver per month. Your first solved door of the month is the one that counts, so the door you pick is yours to choose — and last month’s winners start September even with everyone else.

The Doors
Nightly ciphers. Solve one and earn a forty-eight hour head start in the Sprint. One claim per solver each month, worldwide, free.
The Sprint
On the first, the sealed pack goes to the solvers who earned it. Two days later the gates open and the full field joins the race.
The Race
The portal opens at a stated hour and the first three correct submissions take the seats. Everyone else keeps solving for the archive.
Each Sprint carries a fixed purse, announced before it opens. A seat no one claims rolls forward into the next month rather than returning to the house — and the purse grows as the field does. Every fifteenth, a letter arrives from Satoshi carrying its own cipher and its own reward for whoever reads it properly.
